Lemon Cake Slice (while quantity last)
2 layers of Lemon sponge cake 1 layer of vanilla buttercream with yellow nonpareils (round sprinkle).
Ingredients: TBE flour blend (Brown rice, White rice, Arrowroot, Tapioca starch, Sweet rice flour), Organic cane sugar, Salt, Xanthan gum, Sour cream or vegan sour cream, Vegetable oil, Eggs, Vanilla extract, Egg replacer (Arrowroot, Tapioca starch, Baking powder, Baking soda), Lemon zest, Lemon oil.
Filling ingredients: Butter or vegan butter (plant based), Icing sugar, Vanilla extract.
Always make sure the cake is out at least 30 minutes before eating as it should be room temperature! Enjoy!
