Lovers of good bread will appreciate that we try to use only the essential and best ingredients to make our baked goods. At The Bread Essentials we take every precaution to keep our bakery gluten free and nut free for the safety of those with Nut and Gluten allergies.

Our bakery story begins with the owner Josée, who has more than 20 years of experience as a seasoned business manager for American companies. During the past 15 years she cultivated her passion for making bread and learned the art with French bakers in Montreal.
