Rizotto with Lion's Mane Mushrooms and Beets by Funky Funghi
Rizotto with Lion's Mane Mushrooms and Beets for 4 people, about 225g.
Ontario-grown mushrooms from farm to table.
Ingredients: Organic; Arborio Rice, Lion's Mane Mushrooms Split peas, Oyster mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, Thyme, Cayenne, Pepper, Allspice, Red peppers, Cinnamon, Ginger, Roasted chilli, Nutmeg, Citric acid.
What to do: Place pot on the burner. Add 5 cups of stock of choice, vegetable or chicken. Bring to a boil. Stir in the contents of the pouch. Turn the heat down and simmer for 22-25 min, stirring frequently. Stir, stir, stir. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!

Champignons cultivés en Ontario, de la ferme à la table.
Ingrédients : Biologique ; Riz arborio, champignons Lion's Mane, Pois concassés, pleurotes, oignons, ail, thym, poivre de Cayenne, poivre, piment de la Jamaïque, poivrons rouges, cannelle, gingembre, piment rôti, muscade, acide citrique.
Que faire : Placez la casserole sur le brûleur. Ajoutez 5 tasses de bouillon au choix, de légumes ou de poulet. Porter à ébullition. Incorporez le contenu du sachet. Baissez le feu et laissez mijoter pendant 22 à 25 minutes en remuant fréquemment. Remuer, remuer, remuer. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre. Apprécier!
