Came to me burned

I don’t know how this GF challah was supposed to look like, but mine was for sure burned. As minimum order is 2 loafs, I got 2 burned loafs. When you go around the burned crust, the rest of the challah is ok. Off course it doesn’t have a texture of a regular, non-GF challah, but it is a good piece of bread. Pity, I didn’t get to taste the whole unburned challah.

Hell Sanya and thank you for your review. The Challah are always baked very dark (caramelized), they are not burned, due to the higher content of eggs. They only bake 25 minutes covered. We are sorry you were disapointed and did not enjoy the darker crust.
