Gluten free banana bread

Very nice and delicious on the day of I bought it.
Next day dried out and by the third day I ended up throwing it out (three quarters of it), unfortunately.

Because we do not use preservatives, additives, or artificial softeners, our baked goods have a much shorter shelf life than conventional products. For this reason, we recommend storing all of our breads and baked goods in the refrigerator or, preferably, the freezer after the day of purchase. Storage instructions are provided in-store and on our website.

Our no-sugar banana bread is particularly sensitive since it contains no added sugar, preservatives, or softening agents. When left at room temperature for several days, it can become firm, dry out, and may eventually develop mold. For the best experience, we recommend freezing any portions that will not be enjoyed within a day and reheating slices in the toaster, oven, or microwave as needed.

well, this delicious bread was one I couldn't hold on to. My friend had a taste and I gave the whole loaf to him because he loved it so much.

No sugar added banana bread

This was my first visit to the store and this banana bread exceeded expectations. It was not overly sweet but and had good banana flavour. It was dense (in a good way ) and not crumbly. As someone who is newly diagnosed with liver conditions this was an amazing option to satisfy my sweet tooth but impact my health in a positive way. I sliced it and frozen some pieces and they defrosted perfectly.
